1. Scope

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding product presentation. By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment has been successfully completed.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euro and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Payment is made via the payment service provider Stripe. Various payment methods are available through Stripe (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Sofort, Amazon Pay).

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is carried out by external print-on-demand service providers. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Information regarding delivery times is non-binding unless explicitly agreed upon as binding.

6. Digital Products

Digital content (e.g., download files) will be provided electronically after successful payment.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

The seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the seller is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage.

10. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
