Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Print-on-Demand products).
  • Contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier if the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal through their consent.

Right of Withdrawal (if not excluded)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal may be excluded for individually manufactured print-on-demand products and digital content (see above).
